How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery within Denmark typically takes 1-2 business days, while international orders take 3-7 business days. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items. Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please use our online return portal to generate a shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as MobilePay (in Denmark), PayPal, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.
Are your products sustainably produced?
At Mads Nørgaard, we strive to create long-lasting fashion. Many of our core items, like our iconic stripes, are made from organic cotton, and we are continuously working to increase the percentage of recycled materials in our collections.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order has already been packed, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
