Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your package, ensuring you have ample time to try on your new Mads Nørgaard pieces at home. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, and include the return form provided with your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label generated from our portal and fix it securely to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
